My Coping Toolbox is a tool that is used to help you calm down from stressful and anxious situations.

This workshop runs for 1.5 to 2 hours.

 

You will learn:

  • What My Coping Toolbox is
  • How to use it
  • What goes inside of the My Coping Toolbox
  • Decorate your My Coping Toolbox

 

 

Fight or Flight 8-Step Plan is a plan of what to do when your feeling stressed, anxious and panicked you don’t know what do.

This workshop runs for 1.5 to 2 hours.

 

You will learn:

  • What is the Fight or Flight 8-Step Plan
  • Walk through each step together
  • Have a completed personalized plan to use

 

 

All our workshops are based off lived experiences.

These are not to be used in place of your professional mental health care. It’s to be used in addition to it.

 

Please note: All participants will be required to have a 10-15 minute video meet and greet before being approved for each workshop.
