Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Fragments Mental Health. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Processing Times 

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you by email.

Due to COVID-19 shipping timeframes are just estimates and they can arrive on time or later then expected. We do not have any control. Please allow an extra week or two then you are expecting to receive your package to account for these delays. 

 

Damages

 

Fragments Mental Health not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping without tracking. If you received your order damaged, please email us photos of the damages at sales@fragmentsmentalhealth.com.
